Returns & Exchanges

– RỐI offers size/color exchanges wtihin 48 hours of the delivery date.

– All products after purchasing will not be able to be converted to money.

– Every order is only eligible for return/exchange once.

– Invoices/Receipts must be present in order to process any return/exchange.

– A product can only be exchanged to one with the same value or higher. If exchanged to one with lower value, RỐI will not refund the change.

– If the product is exchanged due to demand from the customer, they will have to cover two-way shipping fees.

– If the product has an error or it's a mistake from RỐI, we will offer you a new product and two-way shipping fees will be covered.

– All sale products will not be eligible for return/exchange.
